About Me

Hello and welcome to my blog!  Before we get started I might as well share a little about myself.

A little history:

My name is Cody McPhee.  I grew up in the small town of Neepawa, Manitoba.  I have a brother who is older than me and a twin sister.  After I finished high school at Neepawa Area Collegiate Institute, I left home and became a student at Brandon University.  This was in 2009.  I have since received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in History and a minor in English.  Now, in 2013, I have started the Education program at BU, and I hope to someday become a high school teacher.

My interests:

I have many interests, as I try to involve myself in everything I can.  I love sports.   Baseball, basketball, volleyball, and snowboarding are the ones I've played most but I also enjoy football a lot.  My favourite sports teams are the Toronto Blue Jays and the Philadelphia Phillies, the Denver Broncos, and the Toronto Raptors.

I love music.  I play a little bit of guitar.  My preferred music comes from the 60's and 70's; bands like Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones, but I enjoy most genres.  You probably won't catch me listening to Skrillex or Nikki Minaj very often though.

I also enjoy art a lot.  I draw and paint quite a bit.  I have also taken many art courses at Brandon University.


Overall, I am a pretty easy going guy.  I am interested in all types of things and basically trying to learn and accomplish as much as I can while I'm here on this earth.
